INCLUDE Data Hub

The INCLUDE Data Coordinating Center (DCC) is preparing the next platform data release, scheduled for April. This releases continues the expansion of the INCLUDE data catalog with 13 new study pages, additional datasets, including biospecimen and omics data and targeted remediations.

This update will also introduce the DCC’s initial Clinical Trials data, enabling data submitters to provide more information about their studies to research users. Detailed release notes will accompany the April release and provide a full summary of updated, datasets, and platform enhancements. You can find the latest release data here.

CAVATICA

The February release notes ensure more reliable recovery, especially for large and complex environments. Several bugs were fixed to address issues along with adding a new API, which allows users to securely retrieve authorized controlled-access study IDs to automate workflows.
