The INCLUDE Data Coordinating Center (DCC) had an exciting presence at the 2025 American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) Annual Meeting in Boston, Massachusetts. From October 15–18, attendees visited the INCLUDE DCC booth at the NIH Pavilion to explore the INCLUDE Data Hub, connect with NIH and DCC experts, and learn about funding, training and data resources designed to accelerate research on Down syndrome and related conditions.
On October 16, the INCLUDE DCC and the Kids First Data Resource Center (DRC) co-hosted the Data Discovery Exchange, a vibrant evening poster session and networking reception at the Westin Boston Seaport District. Guest speakers and researchers shared insights, explored collaborative opportunities and connected over innovative data tools and resources in an open and engaging environment.

A highlight of the week was the INCLUDE Symposium, “Breakthroughs in Down Syndrome Research in the Age of the NIH INCLUDE Project,” held on October 17. The session featured new findings on differential disease risk in Down syndrome and its implications for translational research and therapeutic development.
Together, these events showcased the INCLUDE Project’s ongoing commitment to advancing data-driven discovery and fostering collaboration across the research community.
