CAVATICA has released two new public tutorial projects featuring Crnic Institute Human Trisome Project™ (HTP) research data from the INCLUDE Data Hub. The tutorials provide step-by-step guidance for analyzing INCLUDE data in R using the CAVATICA platform, covering differential expression analysis with DESeq2 and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), as well as linear regression modeling and data visualization. These resources provide researchers with hands-on opportunities to explore and analyze INCLUDE HTP data while building computational and data science skills.

Recent CAVATICA releases introduce several improvements designed to make data analysis more seamless and flexible. Updates include improved Data Studio session management to reduce unintended logouts, enhanced file ownership visibility and bulk file management, and greater control over Spot instance retries and On-Demand fallback to help researchers balance reliability and cost.
