CAVATICA has released two new public tutorial projects featuring high-throughput (HTP) research data from the INCLUDE Data Hub. The tutorials provide step-by-step guidance for analyzing INCLUDE data in R, covering differential expression analysis with DESeq2 and gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA), as well as linear regression modeling and data visualization. These resources are designed to help researchers explore and analyze INCLUDE HTP data using the CAVATICA platform.

Recent CAVATICA releases introduce several improvements designed to make data analysis more seamless and flexible. Updates include improved Data Studio session management to reduce unintended logouts, enhanced file ownership visibility and bulk file management, and greater control over Spot instance retries and On-Demand fallback to help researchers balance reliability and cost.
